简要概述：UniPublisher 是一款协助创作者在本地排版并将文章分发至各个平台的桌面工具。软件在您本机运行，代替手工复制粘贴。使用本软件即代表您同意本条款，并由您本人承担发布内容的合规性与目标平台使用规则。
1. 软件许可与服务范围
UniPublisher 授予您一项个人、非排他、不可转让、可撤销的软件使用许可。本软件旨在帮助作者减少在多平台之间重复复制、粘贴和调整排版的人工耗时。
- 本机执行：所有发布都在您本机、用您自己的登录态完成，我们的服务器不代发、不代存您的账号密码，也不提供群控或刷量功能。
2. 用户合规与第三方平台规则
在使用本软件向第三方平台（包括微信公众号、雪球、知乎、微博、币安广场、Foresight、Substack 等）分发内容时，您明确知悉并同意：
- 内容合规与责任：您对通过本软件发布的所有文章、标题、图片及观点的合法性、真实性与版权负全部责任，无论该内容由您撰写还是借助任何工具生成。
- 平台规则与限制：您必须严格遵守各个目标平台的用户协议与发布频次限制。例如：微信订阅号每天 1 次群发限制、币安广场发出即公开不可存草稿、领英（LinkedIn）长文必须由您手动粘贴发布——其用户协议禁止自动化操作，本软件对该形态只提供「复制全文」协助等。因超出平台限制或违反平台公约导致的账号封禁、限流，由用户自行承担。
- 凭证与会话安全：您本机的登录态仅由您个人掌握，本软件不代填也不代存您的账号密码。
3. 计费与额度
UniPublisher 采用按次充值点卡制，不是自动续费订阅。
计费单位、退款条件、拒付处理与额度有效期，一律以退款政策为准。同一条规则只写在一个地方——写成两份，改的时候必然只改一份。
4. 平台改版与服务可用性
第三方内容平台可能会不定期调整页面结构（DOM）或 API 接口。我们将通过服务端配置动态下发最新的选择器与热修复补丁，以保障软件的持续可用性。但对于因第三方平台重大底层变更、下线接口或不可抗力导致的个别渠道暂时不可用，我们将尽力修复，但不承担连带赔偿责任。
5. 免责声明与责任限制 (Disclaimer)
在适用法律允许的最大范围内，UniPublisher 均按“现状（AS IS）”提供。我们不对适销性、特定用途的适用性作任何明示或暗示的保证。在任何情况下，我们均不对任何间接、偶然、附带或惩罚性损失承担责任。

By using this software, you agree to these terms and assume full responsibility for your published content and compliance with third-party platform rules.
1. License & Scope of Service
UniPublisher grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software. The product is engineered to eliminate manual overhead when formatting and syncing articles across multiple content ecosystems.
- Local Execution: All publishing dispatches are executed locally on your machine using your own active sessions. Our servers never publish on your behalf, never store platform credentials, and do not provide bot-farming, mass-spamming, or artificial engagement features.
2. User Compliance & Platform Rules
When distributing content via UniPublisher to third-party platforms (including WeChat, Zhihu, Weibo, Binance Square, Substack, LinkedIn, X, etc.), you acknowledge and agree that:
- Content Responsibility: You bear sole legal responsibility for the copyright, authenticity, and compliance of all articles, titles, images, and opinions published, regardless of whether the content was written by you or generated with the aid of any automated or AI tools.
- Platform Policies & Known Limits: You must strictly abide by target platform terms and frequency limits. For instance: WeChat Subscription Accounts allow only 1 broadcast per day; Binance Square publishes immediately with no draft status; LinkedIn long-form articles must be pasted manually by the user (LinkedIn terms prohibit automation; our software only assists with formatting and clipboard copying). Account restrictions resulting from third-party rule violations are solely the user's responsibility.
- Credential Security: Platform session cookies remain in your local storage. The Software does not store or proxy your login passwords.
3. Billing & Credits
UniPublisher operates strictly on a pay-as-you-go credit pack model, not a recurring automated subscription.
Billing units, refund eligibility, chargeback policies, and credit validity terms are governed exclusively by the Refund Policy to prevent contradictory or drifting terms across documents.
4. Platform Updates & Service Availability
Third-party content platforms regularly update their website DOM structures and API endpoints. We deliver remote configuration patches and dynamic selector updates to maintain compatibility. However, for temporary outages caused by drastic third-party architecture overhauls or force majeure, we will work promptly to restore service but disclaim liability for indirect interruptions.
5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UniPublisher is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Under no circumstances shall UniPublisher be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
6. Amendments & Termination
We reserve the right to revise these Terms in accordance with product updates and regulatory requirements. Continued use of the Software following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
